The home's lakefront location is perfect for enjoying the view of the main channel from either the dock or one of the three decks that surround the home on each level. The cove location provides protection from main channel wake, while still providing a fantastic view of the main channel. The oversized hot tub, located on the lower level patio also overlooks the cove as well as the main channel and is perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun on the Lake. There is also a large flat grassy area directly in front of the lakefront, perfect for a game of washers or for fishing. The home also has an oversized garage as well as driveway to provide for parking of up to 6 cars.

Rates for Whispering Woods
- June: $4250 per week (Sunday to Sunday only)
- July: $5250 per week (Sunday to Sunday only)
- August $5250 per week (Sunday to Sunday only)
- Fall Rates: $1700 per week $425 per night (begins the day after Labor Day through Oct. 31st)
- Spring Rates: $1700 per week $425 per night (begins April 1st through Thursday prior to Memorial Day)
- Winter Rates: $1300 per week $325 per night (Nov. 1 through March 31)
- All Reservations subject to 10.975% Sales & Occupancy Taxes as well as a $200 cleaning fee.
- 50% Deposit due upon reservation, remaining balance due one month prior to your arrival.
