Osage Beach Family Home Rates
- Winter: $175 per night
- Summer: $525 per night (5 night minimum)
- Spring/Fall: $250 per night (3 night minimum)
- All Reservations subject to a 10.225% Occupancy tax & $125 Cleaning fee
- 15% Rate Increase for holiday weeks/weekends
- 50% due upon reservation, remaining balance is due one month prior to arrival.
