Rates for Cimarron Bay
- June: $2400 per week or $400 per night with 5 night minimum
- July: $2700 per week $450 per night with 5 night minimum
- August $2700 per week $450 per night with 5 night minimum
- Fall Rates: $1000 per week $250 per night (Day after Labor Day to Oct. 31)
- Spring Rates: $1000 per week $250 per night (begins April 1st through Thursday prior to Memorial Day)
- Winter Rates: $700 per week $175 per night (Nov. 1 through March 31)
- All Reservations subject to a 10.975% Sales & Occupancy Tax as well as a $125 cleaning fee.
- 50% of total amount due upon reservation, remaining balance due one month prior to arrival.
