Rates for Chinquapin
- Winter: $395 per night (3 night minimum)
- Summer: $1000 per night, $6000 per week (7 night minimum)
- Spring/Fall: $495 per night (3 night minimum)
- All Reservations subject to a 10.225% Occupancy tax & $150 Cleaning fee
- 15% Rate Increase for holiday weeks/weekends
- 50% Deposit due upon reservation, remaining balance due one month prior to check in. Additional Discounts on 4+ night stays during the offseason.
